Refund policy
Our products are made to order, because of this we will only consider a refund if the item is damaged upon arrival. If you suspect something is wrong with the item received, please email marohomestudio@gmail.com within 24hrs of receipt of your order to discuss your refund or remedial options.
For our bespoke upholstery, you will receive a separate order confirmation with full details of your order and fabric selection before your upholstery goes into production. We ask that you review this thoroughly and highlight anything you'd like to adjust if needed. We check every single item before it leaves the workshop as part of our quality process and will ask that you sign an acknowledgement upon delivery.
